I have a virtual Credit Card with $250 in it. Is it possible to verify moneybookers wiht it?

PayPal can ask for card statement to know that we own the card. But moneybookers are does asks that?

uh..what do you mean virtual credit card? online credit card with its number and pin? is that really safe? u can try to use it and see what happens.

I don't see any problems with using a VCC to verify your MB account.
If my memory serves me right, I didn't have to produce any card statements when I verified my moneybookers account.
