Your credit card provider can issue a virtual credit card for you. There is another virtual credit card I encountered which does not require your credit card account. This is Trucards' virtual credit card. Any expereience with this virtual credit card?

I have heard about these cards and someone claimed that we can verify our paypal account too . These are just customized credit cards and provider will give you numbers and ccv2 . It will adjust your name and there is no need to give your name in advance .

I just got my paypal account verified by using Virtual credit card yesterday. Its very easy to do. I just bought a card worth 10$ and i was refunded 1.95$

I heard this one and and refill or one time only.
It is different than tranditional palastic credit card.
Just another virtual product as seen in the internet.
