what i mean is if you just need to pay someone through paypal u dont even need an account

use a bank account for one of the accounts

Yes, i would also advice you to get a debit card... I think it would be a benificial deal for you.

I suggest you to use one for each different card.
And share the money between all accounts you have.
If one account is limited in unexpected case,
You can suffer to a minmium of loss.

But are debit cards of all countries accepted by paypal ? Must check out before applying for your debit card.

Yes, provided that that your debit card has that VISA logo. Better check with your provider because there are debit cards which are only good for POS transactions . That means you can't transact online with your debit card.

I don't know how you were able to do it but I think it is not possible to verify two accounts with same information. I think there must be some mistake in it.

If you have two accounts, you must have a unique card for each. You have to delete your card information and reenter that in your unverified Paypal account.
