How many cards do you carry a balance on?

Right now I personally have balances on 6 cards but by September 2 of them will be paid off.

Currently I have only one, I use cash for most of my shopping, dont really like to use credit cards because of the intersest and etc. I am planning on getting a visa card though since not all places accept master card.

I have 8 and I mostly use my 2 visa and 1 AMEX.

Well I just got my american express card yesterday. Not too much funding either. I doubt I'll use it that much but it gives a lot of rewards, main reason I got it.

I only use one card, my visa card. Had it for four years now but it is used mostly for emergency and online transactions only. For some reason, I'm in to using my debit card mostly.

I'm really trying to get the balances under control now. I have 4 cards and they all have a balance. I hope to get things under control again soon.

I have a mastercard myself and it has no balance currently. I decided to have one just for emergency purposes and don't intend to use it unless it is really necessary. The interest they charge can really kill you.

I have about 4 credit cards but most of the time I use my citi cards for everyday purchases.

I know people with over 15+ credit cards and they are in debt. My theory is the least amount of cards you have, the better.

I only had 1 credit card when I was still using it, but recently, I've applied for a debit card so that I won't go under too much debt.
