What is the lowest interest rate offered by credit card companies per annum? Are you familiar with HSBC credit card? I am planning to get one from them. My application is on process.

rates increase when you skip your payments for the debt. That sharp increase is very heavy on the pocket.

When you skip even one single installment then the interest rates start to chage very dramatically. The rates as pointed by members in this forum are only for the minimum payment due.

Well, the rates differ from company. It is the indiviuald decision to opt for his own choice,i mean which card is best suitable to his pocket and is having the lowest interest rate.

Interest rates differ from bank to bank . I think ICICI bank offers the minimum rate of interest and for me, it is the best service provider.
