Rep Power: 2 ![]() | If you carry a balance on your credit cards, you should try to pay your bill as soon as it arrives. This will keep the interest from being charged on that amount for the month. It really adds up to a great savings when you look at it over the course of a whole year. |

It is a very nice tip for all of you credit card users out there. If you feel you can't pay such an amount per month, try to level and control the use of you card to things that you really need. |

Rep Power: 0 ![]() | I definitely agree, although I have stopped using my credit card, that tip will definitely make it a lot easier for users to maintain a substantial payment for to their credit card companies and in return, they would receive better rewards from their card companies. |

I think that paying early is a very good solution to avoid large interest rates, but there will always be instances where you don't have enough funds to pay for your debt. Self control is still the best way to lessen credit card debt. |
