are they good?

my mom has this card.. well a secure card they call it and seems to be fine other then high interest.. for some reason we still get tons of letters asking us to sign up..even tho we already are..

We receive an offer everyday in the mail from Capital One. I finally broke down and got one.......lol

I have had to call their customer service and the rep was super friendly. The only thing that bothered me was I refused the insurance at the time of activation but they still added it to my account and billed me.

Their interest rate is high but at the same time, they give a card to almost any type of credit worthiness.

I have capital one credit card and I use it mainly for balance transfer. If you take advantage of balance transfer, it is a good deal.

yes, I have used this card and i think its just wonderful as i feel quite comfortable with it to transfer my balance.
