I'm currently using windows Vista as my OS for my desktop pc at home. I can say that it definitely looks waaaay different compared to xp. I wanted to try out the capability of Vista to make a flash disk into a RAM. Someone told me about that capability but wasn't able to get around it when I last got my new pc. With all the new resources for Vista, I still downloaded firefox as my browser; go figure, still can't teach old dogs new tricks.

You're lucky louj to have the Vista this fast. I think only a few people can have it because of its system requirements. How I wish to try Vista. Can you share here, what are the differences of XP and Vista?

Do you encounter problems on peripheral compatibility? I know only few printers and scanners work for Vista.

I had it when it was in beta and it was not worth having right now because all the drivers that i needed for my computer were not compatible with vista so i had no sound and printer didnt work half the time... Unsure now.. according to a few friends drivers are still a problem and its not as user friendly as XP.
