What are the softwares available for Webmasters to prevent frauds and scams ??

Even paid ones are okay to share...

yeah i know the software to find for the frauds actually i got the software from warezdownload.com.....the name of the software is fraudfinder....indicates spam,threats,malware,spyware,cheaters....etc..

If yes do give me some links to paid sowftwares, I don't want to take risk at all.

I think that it is a good way to buy softwares instead of just using free-wares where there is a possibility that the security on such wares can be less effective to malicious scripts and attacks.

try to get a daily updated list of blacklisted IP addresses .and protect your site from access of those IP addresses

Where can i get this list of blacklisted IP addresses? I think the scammers use dynamic IP addresses so would be difficult to track them.
