Not at all opera is secure. It almost has worst security than IE itself. In the desire of making it fast they made it less secure.

I haven't used Opera, but I know of a couple of people that use it. It doesn't seem to be that popular. From what I'm reading the security isn't great so that would be a good reason to stay away from it.

i just downloaded it because i wanted to see how it works.. but BAH!!! its like IE class... total b/s i dont really like that shortcuts... and the design and how do i have to use it...:P sorry for swearing.. ill always stick with firefox...<3

The only factor which goes in the favour of opera is that its very fast. Not even FF can match in the way it renders the pages with its very easy to use interface.

yes i totally agree with you.. about the speed :] but still.... firefox has my vote.

Im an opera user mainly becuase of how secure it it. It has been sighted as the most secure currenly on the market and has the best record for fixing any issues which could affect the securety of the browser

I have not tried Opera but i have heard its reviews but I am not very much convinced .......
