If it has that BBC or Better Busines Bureau seal, it is likely that it is legit website. You must double check though whether the seal is genuine or none.

My ID Fix Policies and Terms
Read the policy on this site. And then read what the site is. Its "id repair" and it is a joke! In my opinion. 600$ a year and no guarantee of anykind, anyhow, anyways, Its all in the policy!
WTF! Privacy policies and company "Mission Statements" can be very eyeopening! I was laughing while going through this site.
Just be aware! LOL rogrdodgr

I think all secure sites urls turn to https.Best thing to do is research the web on a site . other way out is scrutinizing its WHOIS profile.

All secure sites urls turn to https.Antivirus and anti-spywares because they can redirect you to fake site even if you type correct URL. I recommend you to install a quality antivirus.

That's how you base it? I could build a site right now and put that symbol on my site without any other content.

Call its office number and verify its actual address. This set of information is definitely found on the site. Otherwise if the merchant is anonymous there must be something fishy going on.
