which is the best website for blocking scams and other related wastes ?

I would say Firefox, but really most browsers aren't really equipped to assist you against scams or phishing schemes.

I would definitely go with firefox. It is easy to use and has many plugins that will keep your browsing fun and safe. Like darley said though, I am not sure about any browser that can stop phishing scams.

well according to my experiences with many browsers like IE , firefox , opera etc that i have used i find that none of these browsers is really optimally equiped to handle such scams coz i m currently using firefox n boy do i have to handle many pop ups which im unable to eliminate

Well nothing can beat firefox in this matter. Firefox is the best and quite less prone to error unlike Microsoft Internet Explorer. Besides, all kinds of plugins are available that provides better user friendly interface.

Undoubtedly firefox is the best as of now. May chrome beats firefox in the future.

Im recommending Google Chrome.
It is really neat, and I do believe it blocks unnecessary stuffs we dont want to see.
