Were you already helped by BBB? I have been actually helped by this website. I am about to pay for a registration fee for an online typing job. I saw an ad in a message board about this job. But I remember visiting this site when a friend mentioned BBB to me. And I was actually saved by it. If not, I could have lost $100 plus.

Their reviews are a great help.

BBB definitely is a great help for online job seekers. They can help you find legitimate online job and businesses.

Not only do I use BBB as one of my source to know whether a business is legitimate, but the company I'm working on as well. I think more bureaus like these should be started to help minimize fraudulent individuals from having more victims.

Is it the Better Business Bureau online that you use? Is this all the same or is the online a separate association from the one like we see plaquared all over business establisments' front doors. It seems to me that I read something negative in regards to PayPal and the BBB, but I do not know if it is an online only facility or if the database contains all types of businesses. Okay, now I have to go use Google and look this up so that I can browse the scene and the scams.

You mean this site BBBOnLine, Inc. -- Promoting Trust and Confidence on the Internet for BBB online, correct?

I have checked there a few times, but I have never found any complaints on the businesses that I put in. I do not know if I am entering something incorrectly, or if there really are no complaints. One or two businesses might not have any complaints against them, but I can not imagine that none of the several businesses I have checked for have had no problems.
