Paypal Chargeback

I sold an account on a game forum with lots of posts and good reputation. It got charged back and now I'm out 13$.

So the person who fraudulently accessed the paypal account brought something from you. Then the chargeback came back against you because the purchase was fraudulent. Why can't you get reimbursed by Paypal?

They told me that his paypal balance was 0$. The payments were being made on a credit card so he always had never had a balance.

It's very easy to do a chargeback on PP. Did you open a dispute ticket or anything? Sometimes they work.

What was the fraud's username?

I would rather actually keep his imformation private seeing as the payment was truly not authorized.

Well if it is please share the username. It helps lessen fraud and it's actually in the rules.
