Hello friends,

The indian govt. has created a new online portal Consumer Online Resources & Empowerment Centre for addressing consumer complaints. Maybe this will be more effective than their helpline which sucks.

This is definetely a welcome change on part of the government. At least they acknowledge that frsude occur in the public domain.

I have visited the link provided by you and seen that the portal has everything we need to file our complaints against the frauds and spams online

I would still prefer to talk to someone on the telephone or in person. Things can easily get lost in translation when speaking on the internet.
