Some of the products sold in ebay seems to be bogus. Recently also the French Court has fined ebay 63$ billon for selling bogus goods through online. This shows the loop holes in ebay selling. Any effective hacker can make use of this. I think its high time for ebay to look into the safety measures.

If am not wrong at least once every one must have experienced the fraudulent trade on Ebay. The delayed shipping and bad condition of things is the most frustrating thing for me and I experience it 2-3 times every month.

Well, its not always the fault of seller too because tangible goods can be broken while shipping and handling. There is no way to avoid such things. For transaction related frauds, Paypal is the best.
