Default Ebay Fraud?

Has anyone here experienced fraud on EBay? Do they take action in going after the people who cheat you?

I personally have not experienced it, however there have been a few auctions that look like they have potential fraud written all over them!

It's never happened to me thank goodness. I don't think there's anyway to stop people from scamming.

There is lots of fraud on eBay. Once I bought an Ipod, even though it said that it was new but it wasn't, it was only refurbished one.
