You can change or edit your name but last name is not allowed in paypal . I think someone can change the address too but i haven't tried yet .

The best way to not be worried about clicking on your own site is to use one of the alternate code options in your ad code that collapses the adsense code on YOUR site so it doesn't show and therefore cannot be "accidentally" clicked. That they do offer that feature is probably why they are so pissy about people who still click their own ads.

I think your main concern here is that when a visitor click so many ads, it will result in a ban for your account. Well, you can control click activity using a free software called AdLogger.

I want to open a account with adsense and for that fill the form online but the post code i have entered is not accepted by it and the account is not made

Some sites are paying the persons to click the ads placed by Google or other agencies and that is why if a user keep on clicking ads, he is banned for that
