Default Will I get Chargeback?

Will I get chargeback money... if the person I've sent the money withdrew this funds? I'm quite worried about this issue, Please help...

You can still get it, it might take a while but the money will be withdrawn from their account and put back into yours! You still need to hound the company though to speed up the process!

Yes you can get your money back.. only 50-70% then the rest is upto the seller to give back if they dont have the funds..

Can you explain what you mean withdrew the funds? One would imagine that if you sent someone money, they will eventually use the money.

I think that he means that if they dont have the money in there account then paypal will take it from there credit card or bank account.

What if the person closed his credit card or bank account? Will the charge back be processed?

Are you referring to Paypal? If you are, Paypal can reverse that to the Paypal account holder concerned. However, it may take time. If you are referring to egold, it is not likely you can recover your funds.

Yes, you will get your money and the other person's balance will go in negative. This has happened with my friend when someone scammed him during currency exchange.

I dont think that it is possible for paypal to get your money back then because there maybe a case where he has all together left paypal or out of money to payback your dues.
