Hello, could someone please give me an accurate, professional reply to my genuine concern.
I dont like accepting standard paypal payments because too many people take wrongful advantage of the dispute option, leaving me in the end without my stock OR money.

SO, my question is: Regarding this new feature about accepting credit card payments via paypal (without the buyer needing a paypal account) does paypal still give those people the 'Absolute' freedom to easily claim a chargeback, even though the payment was made via their credit card without needing a paypal account? Or? Please clarify the variables for me.

There is a big downside of charge back for customers also, which disable consumer profile in many databases. This result in getting your charges not going through with many merchants.

Blacklist your profile for all high risk merchants - There are many tools like iovasion, max mine and collective data pool of visa and master card. As soon as you charge back it put u in high risk customer profile

Posting your card information on fraud forums - Few merchants post your card details on forums which is really a mess

Collection Agencies - There are some collection agencies who are specialised it collecting chargeback money, if merchant is not satisfy the reason of chargeback they go for collecting chargeback through these agencies, and that is really messy situation

This is always better to go to fraud department of merchant tell them the problem if not resolved tell them to refund if not only then u should charge back, make sure u have enough documents to save ur self.
