Default Screwd by paypal

this paypal has screwed me again.I dont know how but after the last time scam of 30$,this time my account was hacked too and again 53$ was gone.I am sure gonna sue them..

You wouldn't win...
What were the details of the transaction? If money is tampered with in anyway, there is a statement.
Just create a dispute.

If your account was hacked, you should rather take PayPal' help than suing them. They cannot guarantee to get your money back but you can locate th person hacking your account and then can proceed with further investigation. A lawyer can help you get back your money from that person. Also you should close your account and open a newer one to avoid further harassment.

Just create a dispute. If you provide sufficient information and the other party doesn't, you will win.

Yep, I think you should better create a dispute or telling your account being hacked problem to the Paypal authority, rather than suing them...
