Well I think, in this case, it is up to you to put a log for your website. It is for your own security as well; especially in cases such as this in which you have to prove that you have given the client the product or services they purchases.

Paypal won't help much in such case, it provides maximum protection to buyers and won't listen to sellers even if the buyer has made genuine fraud.

- Their Home Phone Number or Cellphone Number
- Ask what is their first and last name

Where paypal and digital products are concerned it's very much a case of 'seller beware' - you'll get no backing at all unless you have cast iron proof that delivery actually did occur.
