Default Need Help on Visa Charge back

Hi,

I need some help to charge back my money.
Here is the situation,
I ordered an online writing service and provided all the instructions clearly.
But the writer ignored the instruction and wrote the paper without complying with my instructions and gave me a bull*** essay. This is useless and rip off because it is not what i ordered.

So i want to get the refund but they refused to give refund so i am trying to charge back with my visa company.

The visa company then said to me that i ordered essay and i received it so they cant not do anything. But the thing is, the writer was not do what he/she supposed to do and give me something useless and it was not what i ordered.

So what can i do now?

Unless you have a contract with the writer or your Terms of Service with Visa says otherwise, there really is nothing you can do.
You paid for a service that you received. It may not be up to your standards but you received it.
That's all Visa sees.

Well….I think if you wait for some more time… you can get a lot better suggestions that this…I am out of any ideas for this!!!!

I'm felt sorry for your problem, but there is nothing you can do with it, since you've already received the essays that you've claimed Bull**** here...

Next time, is it wise to only pay 50% of the payment and pay the other 50%, if you're really satisfied with the quality...

Visa sadly does not have rights for "Quality of Service". Next time when your order for such services, its better to use Mastercard instead of Visa........... that is all i have to say...... Sorry pal....

by the way if the amount is more..... you may still approach your bank an ask for them to raise "Good faith".

I was wondering, why the Visa doesn't even have rights for "Quality of Service" until now, as there is more and more Visa card holders nowadays...

Now its time, Visa also introduce or ammend some of their reason codes to handle quality of service, when Master has it why not Visa.............
