i had a charge back on paypal recently for exchange egold with paypal...but i din't get refund...bcos they say this type of transaction is at our own risk

In fact chargeback system is very useful for buyers.Because there are so many scammers around the world waiting to scam you, steal your money.But sometimes some people use this system actually for scamming honest sellers and this is the worst situation.I`m happy that i`vent faced any chargebacks with paypal as i`m new at this business.
