Hi, Im new to this forum. I recently purchased some sport supplements online and never received the item. Its been more than a month since I ordered it. I had called my credit card company and they told me to write a letter and fax it to them(the credit card company). Im not sure what I am suppose to include in this letter...Any help would be appreciated. Thank You

First contact the company and ask for a refund. If they don't provide that, then contact your bank and ask for a chargeback. If that doesn't resolve the matter, contact preCharge @ +1 (212) 751-6213 and ask for chargeback assistance.
