Hello,
Ive purchased about 20+ times on a site called beltal.com using Google Checkout ive just found out there all ILLEGAL fakes of DVD's.
I want my money back i neeed advice on how to proceed, i have a visa electron card, google aint being much help....
People are angry and im in debt because of this.

You will have to work directly with Google, because they are a 3rd party biller. If you find that they are being unsupportive, call your credit card issuing bank to request they reverse the charges. You must sign an affidavit which states that the products you purchased were not as described. Hope this helps, keep us updated.
