Rep Power: 0 ![]() | Anyone have any experience with charging back with capital one? This is what happened: I ordered a DLP lightbulb from bulbsolutions.com on monday. Sure enough it shipped right away and i got it tuesday. The bulb i got was the wrong bulb. On that monday i asked a technical support question via their email support system (unrelated to the wrong bulb issue). On tuesday i called their 800 number and their local number with no response. Again on wednesday, again today. I left a message each time. Still no response via email nor phone. Since they shipped it really quick i know someone is alive there. The problem is that they are technically 300 miles away so im not protected under the law. They put the phone number that i am calling in the business name that appears as the statement so i know its not the wrong phone number. I am hoping capital one will call the number, get no response, and rule in my favor. What do you all think? Last edited by Striker1211 : 05-15-2007 at 02:51 AM. |

Rep Power: 2 ![]() | I have never had an issue when forced to do a chargeback and the the distance was taken into account. Even though they say within 100 miles of your home address most credit card companies side with the consumer over the merchant.
