Thread: PayPal chargeback with no cc

I know that PayPal takes no responsibility for chargebacks instigated by debit or credit card companies. Their website actually says that quite clearly. So how do you do a chargeback if you paid for goods from your actual PP balance?

I don't honestly think you can. You might be stuck when it comes to doing it that way. I would say that if it is a bigger purchase, be safe and pay by credit card.
