Looking for advice and feedback on your experience with AMEX chargebacks. I recently had a customer of 5 years chargeback his AMEX because he ordered a product that he wasn't happy with and was unwilling to pay a restocking fee.
We have signature proof of delivery to the billing address.
- We use PayPal Payments Pro as our gateway and the chrageback lists "Merchandise" as the reason and reason code of 063 - < What does this mean?
- Are AMEX Chargebacks winnable? I'm reading they are pretty air tight and I'm expecting to lose.
