Thread: Google Checkout Chargeback

I recently had a chargeback on google checkout for unauthorized transaction which did about the middle of december 2010.

Google checkout support requested the info below but all i have is the USPS Tracking No which also gives the name of the person who signed and it matches the info on my google checkout merchant admin destination address.

I am covered by Google Merchant Payment Guarantee what are my chances of being successful with just the tracking number??

the more documentation you can produce, the more likely they will side with you. I'd say you should learn a lesson and get these details moving forward, as the buyer typically has the advantage.
