Received a 675 charge back from a customer and was sent a charge back form from chargeback department which required a response within 5 days. Unfortunately i did not receive the letter in time and it was due in the mail on dec. 6th, or "forfeiture of reversal rights." Has anyone had to deal with something like this before? I have the customer direct signature which required government issued ID card, and other proof which shows customer did make order and lied.
If visa/mastercard refuse to refund my money because i did not respond in time, what other measures can i take to get money back. Small claims court? Police report?
