Hi all,

I was just wondering which countries do not have a decent chargeback system in place? I was talking to my friend from the UK and he said that he has never heard of 'chargebacks'.

I would say that the only countries without chargebacks are those where credit cards are not popular! But in reality I am sure that there must be exceptions to this. How can any country that has a high PayPal profile not have this issue? Maybe your friend just doesn't have any reason to know about them?
