i am about to start selling my online program and was wondering what I can do to minimize the possibility of a chargeback being brought against me? It might also be good to have all the tips in one place!

My first bit of advice would be to always use a good set of merchant services such as Paypal. Google checkout is also a good one, do not use one that scammers mainly use such as AlertPay. Also respond to your customers immediatly and make sure you have a good refunds policy.

I agree with charged. You can also look into services that provide chargebacks protection.

I think that is the same case with PayPal. Nowadays, just about every e-commerce transaction rotates around it. I got some funds sent to my account within minutes and was shocked.
