I belonged to a prepaid legal group where I received commission on memberships. The commission was paid after the first installment was made. If the customer changed his mind about his membership within the first year, there was a chargeback made to my bank account. After about 3 years and many chargebacks, I quit.

Do you receive one-time or recurring commissions? How many percentage of the commissions you received you are charged back for? Did they normally send you any proofs of the chargeback requests?

It was a one-time commission. It was a specific amount not a percent of the annual payment. And no, I never received proof that the customer opted out and the charge back was the total amount of the commission.

You should have been sent proof of the customer pulling out of the account that they paid for. How would you know that he really did?
