Hello I was wondering how do I give chargerback on a purchase made by Alertpay, can someone help me is urgent!

one more doubt, the recovery will come in my credit card even if I give in chargerback Alertpay? because I made the purchase using my credit card.

The buyer being verified means nothing. The most common SCAM is to use a stolen credit card to pay for the goods through PayPal. The rightful owner of the credit card will dispute the charge when they get their bill. Then PayPal will pull the money back out of your account UNLESS you followed all the above policies.

I suggest that you call her home and if she still wont talk to you get your parents to call or go over to get it, chances are her parents don't know whats going on or she has lied and told them she returned it. It isn't her property and it needs to be returned and you may just have to let your parents handle this one and in the future don't let anyone borrow anything. Sounds to me like she is a petty person and not a true friend.
