Hello,
I got scammed by expertload.com. Basically I tried to get a three day membership for 65 cents/day amounting to $1.95. For some reason i cant access the site, and moreover i saw they charged $63.67 to my account. Can i request a chargeback, and if so how do i do that?? HELP PLEASEEEEE

First, have you tried contacting expertload.com. If they are unresponsive or unwilling to reverse the charges, contact your credit card company and explain the situation. At this point, the merchant will have to provide evidence that they provided the service to you properly. When they cannot, the credit card company will return the funds to your account. The credit card companies will typically side with the consumer.
