i have just recieved a letter tittled " chargeback adjustment advice"
im not very good with my english so i dont know what it means. at the bottom it says" check here if the dispute is valid and you are willing to accept this dispute" and the other says, " check here if you disageree with the dispute and are providing a rebuttal"
which one should check? i just want the person to get their money back because the card that was used at my shop was a stolen card i want the original owner to get the money back. please help
