This is the first time I've heard of chargebacks so bear with me!
Ok I attempted to buy 3 tickets through the website groovetickets.com, On the final step it gave me an error message and said the purchase could not be complete and brought me back to the home page, I tried buying the 3 tickets again and it did the same thing. The day after my friend went on and bought 3 tickets for us since mine wasnt working (his worked fine) We went to the event, had a blast, a month later.. I noticed I was charged for 6 tickets. (I was actually charged for the tickets 3 days after the event).
Please tell me there is some way I can get my money back, I have bank of america, I used a debit card, VISA. Any experienced advice would be very well appreciated.
ps. I'm here because groovetickets.com told me to get a chargeback through my bank because they cant give me my money back. (even though it was 100% there fault)
