Recently my friend had made a mistake by chargebacks all my orders (which i have received). I had purchased a Campus Credit from Games Campus. Due to the chargebacks, GC had blocked my account

I had just canceled the chargebacks 2 days ago and pay the amount that im suppose to pay. I was expecting GC to unblocked my account because i have already paid what i got back from the chargebacks but unfortunately they told me that Google Checkouts haven't call them and give them back their money.

Do you guys know how to contact google checkouts directly and settle this with them? Because my bank told me that Google Checkouts already get their money back!!

I have email the checkouts-support but still no reply at all!!!!

please please please some help me!!
