Thread: Filing ANOTHER dispute

hi i have been trying to file another dispute with this same seller for the longest and paypal wont let me. See what happened was, the first dispute was because she didn't send the package. Now, she sent it but it's not what it was claimed it be. You know how someone advertises things and gives you a completely different item?! that's what happened to me and i can't file another dispute because paypal says "i still have one opened". well i closed it, i know i did. I viewed my Resolution Center cases and I SEE NOTHING. Nada. No open cases, nothing but closed ones. So what could this mean? how can i get my money back? i tried calling and everything!!

hmm, i know this advise does no good for you now, but you really shoulda stopped dealing with the seller after she didnt send you the item the first time around.

Unfortunately, that's not exactly how paypal operates. You have to go through the dispute process and give the seller a chance to deliver the goods. If all else fails contact your credit card company and file a chargeback. However, I would exhaust all my options with the seller and paypal first.

she did deliver the stuff but it's not what she advertised it to be.

Give a negative feedback(trade) to the seller. It will help other.

Sure this helps other buyers, but how exactly is it helping this customer?

No, this won't help this buyer but other buyers atleast.
