I have not Tom, but have you since you posted this thread?
Recent college graduate with a debt consolidation concentration in finance.
Pls try to get customers confirmation thru his mail id... Its a very good concept to reduce chargeback.
I saw several websites had posted the chargeback warning message on their online stores websites, but I didn't know whether it can help to reduce the chargeback cases or not...
