Thread: I have a serious paypal issue. Help needed.

I have used my paypal account for a dating website(Not my site its my client site since paypal is not available in his country). I got payments everyday and paypal reversed after few days which it holds for investigation. This happens in all the payments I recieved. I cant understand why this happens. Few charge back cases also there and they didnt favoured me and disputed against me. Now My paypal account is shwoing negative balance. They asked me to send a check but there is no option to send a Dollar check from my country.

What I have to do to come out of this issue ? Please advice

What exactly are you asking? How to get out of the dispute? How to send money? How to send money in your currency? etc.

I mean to ask How I am responsible if the payment was reversed or disputed with chargeback because I cant determine the genuineness of the buyer for a dating site. I am residing in India. All the disputes are against me. How can I get out of this problem in paypal and how can I use that account again ?

I suggest you contact Paypal directly by phone, get the name of who you talk to.
You will find telephone numbers by clicking on the "contact Us" text link at the bottom of the home page.

This is by far the best way to solve problems with Paypal.

I recommend calling up paypal. Also you should do phone calls to people for each money they send to you. So you can verify. Unless you are sending physical goods you are good to go. If not, I recommend calling up paypal and from now on ask for their phone number for verifications.

oh no... sorry to hear this... i wonder if paypal is allow in dating website just like it don't allow in other hyip website... hope u can solve ur dispute as soon as possible
