I know that there is nothing as such a chargeback in Egold policies. But can i get my money back anyway if i can prove that the seller had done a fraudalent deal with me?

Unfortunately you can't, it beyond there TOS, thats why e-gold is good only for sellers, not for buyers. But you can put can legal claim against him.
its a really sad story all along with PayPal one of my friend was also cheated .. but there s nothing he could do ..........![]()
No you can't, once the money is sent, you can't get it back by any means. Even if you were victim of fraud. The only thing which they can do for you is to freeze scammer's EG account.
If egold does not return the funds to claimants, what will egold do with those funds? I'm just curious because if this is egold's policy it does not really serve its purpose of ridding out scam.
i m not able to figure it out clearly as to how is e-gold different can someone help with this... and plz also tell me how is it better than the normal pay pal account...???
