I operate an online store and recently sold a $2000+ item. I shipped the item and the customer wanted a refund. I have a 30 refund policy so I allowed him to send it back. I never recieved the return package and he has filed a chargeback claiming I didn't refund his money when he returned the item. He even has a tracking number that showed the item was delivered. It only shows it was delivered to my city and zip code. No signature confirmation or anything. Can he get away with this?
