When you receive a chargeback with proof that services were rendered within the time specified yet still need to dispute it, which company tends to be the hardest to deal with? Sofar we have been luck but I hear that Mastercard is sometimes tricky.

A friend of mine has a business and has shared some of his experiences with credit card chargebacks. He's not happy with Visa or Mastercard, though he does seem to have more complaints about Mastercard.
I know that for almost any internet order of a virtual good Paypal is just about useless since its harder to track but at least with a credit card you would think they offer some protection. I do not honestly remember any issues with Visa though.
Paypal is excellent for giving money back, if you are a buyer. It's not so good if you're a seller though because they believe the buyer every time!
