We sell two different items, one is refundable and one is not. They are both similar but lately I have noticed more are ordering the refundable item yet claiming they need the non-refundable item. Now we can change this after the fact but then when they get demanding to the point of not accepting what comes with the product they then want a refund and auto-charge back the original purchase price. What can I do, they are in the middle of converting to the item they really need. I am wondering if they are fraudulently ordering incorrectly on purpose.
