NEVER said that the Government of Vanuatu BACKED Federal Gold, that was a stupid quote from an even bigger fool, Simon (Dynamic-Xchange), who has a lack of understanding for anything business related and does not understand the difference between "regulated" and "backed".
DXSynergy have only ever said that they would be regulated by the Government of Vanuatu, via the Vanuatu Financial Services Commission and as such, they have sent their Corporate Compliance Model, to conform to the Financial Transactions Reporting Act of 2000.
