 Paypal and vcc..
i have a unverified US paypal personal account..
on another online forum..there are people who are actually selling vcc's and verify our paypal account with any address and name...for less than 10$..
i am not a paypal expert or something...but is it legal to do such things?? i was just wondering.... |
