Would you recommend having the title:
"MyDomain.com - My Page Title"
OR
"My Page Title - MyDomain.com"
OR simply:
"My Page Title"

How would you compare all three? Also any opinions on:
"My_Page_Title" vs "My-Page-Title" vs "My Page Title"?
