Yep, I did dispute it and paypal actually stepped up to bat for me. Between the many private messages suggesting I ship USPS instead of Fedex (in hindsight because USPS Prio Mail isn't trackable), the positive feedback saying it was just as advertised (on the day after receipt), the return period I offered, no correspondence for a full 30 days wondering where the 'missing' shipment was, and an attempt to chargeback on the 2nd of a month (most people get paid on the first but their mortgage payments haven't deposited yet, so this is when they have the largest balance) -- the buyer dropped the chargeback. It was just too obviously fraudulent. |
